 Provision of professional and flexible administrative support to UK ex-military Directing Staff, King’s College London Academic Staff, the Qatar Armed Forces and all other internal and external customers as required
 Development and implementation of detailed budgetary forecasting tools for recording and projecting department budget of £350, 000 and quarterly reporting to Serco Middle East
 Project lead on researching visa requirements for staff and students of 4 nationalities for international visits to UK, USA, Belgium and Turkey; closely liaising with consular and embassy staff and developing efficient administrative processes to coordinate bulk and individual visa applications
 Project lead on providing administrative arrangements related to the invitation, reception, logistical arrangements and financial reimbursements associated with over 75 high profile military and ministerial Visiting Speakers
 Overall management of the JBJJCSC Learning Management System, providing teaching and learning information to students; and Echo 360, facilitating video recording of over 500 lectures a year
 Provision of administrative support to students, handling student requests, responding to queries by coordinating with teaching staff and other departments and ensuring any issues are resolved immediately
 Creation and maintenance of assessment spreadsheet to record student rankings resulting in awarding graduation prizes
 Development of user guides and working practices, establishment of procedures for the management of commercial software services in support of the JBJJCSC academic programmes
 Delivery of training to end users such as King’s College London Academic Staff on using Turnitin software for marking and moderating student assignments
 Compiling End of Term Reports for presentation to the customer, resulting in milestone payments
 Processing staff expense claims and Visiting Speakers’ expense claims and speaker’s fee payment through SME payment system and weekly status reporting to SME
 Assistance in organization of events and representing the company at events
 Implementation of training programme for junior member of staff
 Provision of cover to the Personal Assistant to Director of Services and Country Manager, during which assisted with the proposal for contract extension negotiations and other commercially confident bid documents
