Management, Audit & Governance.
Software License and Compliance:
• Responsible for calculating the clients software license compliance status based on software license RTU,
software license agreements, software maintenance agreements and software installations for the set of
in scope software titles per client.
• Highlight all Software titles that are non-compliant (Rights Vs Installation) to client and ensure over
installations are procured / adjusted through uninstallation.
• Produce software usage report and highlight unused softwares for a long time to deinstallation.
• Suggest Software re-harvesting to assist customers in cost reduction during software renewals.
• Supports client ITAM implementation and transition activities. Testing of tools that deployed in clients
environment related to SAM.
ServiceNow SAM Pro:
• Review PPN and Content Library. Create and modify any Publisher / Custom Product for Unnormalized
software discovery models. Manually Normalize Software discovery models by creating software models
with accurate discovery mapping condition.
• Create software titles per client in the repository which represents the appropriate parameters of the
License Types that are in the scope of the client contract.
• Research upgrade and downgrade parameters that impact client RTU when creating or modifying software
title. Perform Remediation / Reclamation of Software titles for non-compliance.

Software License Compliance Administrator:
• Based on input from customer and license compliance status reviews, identifies required modifications to
software counters and software license and installation records.
• Supports analysis of new or modified software agreement and maintenance contracts and identifies
impact to software license position.
• Submits requests to Master Data Management (MDM) Governance to create new software installation
models in the Product Registry and participates in MDM governance activities relating to the definition of
new software models.
• Provides expertise to ensure that software license records are linked to the correct hardware device.
• Handles customer and internal escalations relating to the quality of software IT asset data.
• Makes Asset details available to the Account leadership (Account Delivery Executive, Account Executive,
Account Business Office Executive, etc.) so that they can ensure collective reporting and decision making
related to Lease management, Capital spend, plan, Contract obligations/terms, Refresh plans, etc.
Hardware & Software Asset Management:
• Having the CMDB CI with accurate information and up to date in the IT Infrastructure for all the changes
received.
• Managing the end-to-end Hardware Asset Lifecycle process for the Configuration Management Process
starting from creation, updating and retirement.
• Create relation servers, DB, Middleware and Application CIs. Having accurate relationship between Parent
and child assets by reconciling with procurement PO information.
• Investigating and managing actions to correct the anomalies. Begin to measure, monitor, and maintain
data accuracy for Billing Resource Units.
